Crispy Marshmallow Lemon Pie

So, all I blog about is food right now. Sorry, but it is just what is on my mind! And food is one of my favorite things in the whole world.

Today, I'm going to share one of the EASIEST dessert recipes I've ever made. The key is that it has to set so be sure to make the night before or at least 2 hours before the event you want to bring it to!

The hardest part is the crust, so I took lots of pictures to break it down for you! It is super yummy and I will continue to make this recipe.

Crispy Marshmallow Lemon Pie

Your finished product will look like this!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup JELL-O Brand Lemon Flavor Gelatin
4 cups Mini Marshmallows
3 cups crisp rice cereal
1 (3.4 oz) package JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
1 1/2 cups cold milk
Optional: Strawberries as a garnish, you'll need about 5

Steps:

Follow the directions underneath each picture and you'll get a yummy pie! :)

1. Microwave butter in a large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 seconds or until melted.

2. Grease your pie pan with some butter or cooking spray or else the crust will stick!

3. Add the dry gelatin mix, marshmallows, and butter together. Toss everything together to coat.

4. Microwave 1 minute or until marshmallows are completely melted and the mixture is blended, stirring after 45 seconds.

5. Add the cereal to the mixture and mix well.

6. Don't get frustrated with the mixing, it may be a little difficult but make sure it's all coated!

7. Press the cereal mixture into the bottom and upside of your 9-inch greased pie plate.

8. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk for 2 minutes and pour into the crust.

9. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

10. Garnish with strawberries.

Voila! Enjoy :)
